LullaRead offers a Free Plan with limited monthly credits and no payment required. No refunds or cancellations are applicable under this plan.

2. Paid Plans (Subscriptions)

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings.
  • After cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.

3. Accidental Charges

If you notice a duplicate or accidental charge, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We’ll investigate and issue a refund if warranted.

4. Abuse of Refund Policy

Accounts found repeatedly requesting refunds after using services may be flagged for abuse and suspended at our discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
